Overview about the Instructor Development Course

The Instructor Development Course is a 9 days course program and provides a professional learning experience in which you will learn how to teach diving, utilising the most successful program in existence - the PADI system of diver education.

An Instructor Development Course consists of two sub courses - the Assistant Instructor and the Open Water Scuba Instructor program - which are completed in one go.

  IDC Prep Course

This optional course is designed for people whose Divemaster training is already
some time ago and/ or persons with a leadership level certification from other dive
organizations who want to participate successfully on the IDC and/ or want to
become familiar with the PADI training system.

  Instructor Development Course (IDC)

Are you looking for something extraordinary? To do something others can only
dream of? To help people transform their lives? To open doors you didn’t even know
existed? The Instructor Development Course (IDC) is the core of PADI Instructor
   training.

  IDC Plus

After completing the IDC course there are 2 days available before the Instructor
   Examination (IE) starts.
You might have discovered during the IDC that you have some knowledge gaps
and/ or need to brush up some skills you learned during the IDC.

  PADI Instructor Examination (IE)

Happy Divers Marbella & IDC College, apart from being a PADI 5* instructor training
facility is also one of the few locations in Spain where PADI EMEA is conducting  the
Instructor Examinations (IE). Your benefit is that you will do your instructor exam at
the same location where you do your instructor training.
